So, GTA IV and all my other games (Medal of Honor airborne, GTA SA, etc) minimizes randomly. I had this problem earlier, but i fixed it by reformatting my PC.

And i have disabled UAC, and runs GTA as admin. In the current situation, i do not have enough money to reformat my PC.

    Also, consider running anti-virus checks and make sure you have the latest updates. 

    I meant formatting it and buying windows for it again.

    I have ran avast and some other free anti virus software's.

    Latest updates? For PC? I have the latest. And i have updated all my drivers.

    Well, if you buy Windows it comes with a CD / DVD / Product key that you can reuse for that copy. Most of the time, prebuilt retail PCs come with installation discs and product keys. 

     

    Also, consider disabling running background software.
