Crash Help

Featured Replies

Help, i have downloaded and installed First Response and ELS but everytime i get in the game, it crashes. i watched video tutorials on how to install and i dont know why it keeps crashing.

Did you install ELS properly? Make sure you drag EVERY  file in the "Installation" subfolder into your GTA IV directory. When asked to over right files, answer positively. Also, when installing LCPDFR did you check/uncheck anything when prompted to select which files to download? Make sure you only have 1 modloader. Do you have a cracked copy or the full copy of GTA IV, cracked versions are not supported. Lastly did you check if your game worked before downloading the files? And did you install the files on a clean install - or did you have other mods installed?

Go to your GTA IV directory and open ELS.ini configuration

Go to the bottom

Turn these off:

Ai_Els_Sp = on

Ai_Els_Mp = on

See if game has stopped crashing.
