Hi, i have this problem with lcpdfr. When i press the button for accept the callouts (y) or i try to stop the civilians (shift). My game freeze for 1-2 seconds, please someone can help me?

Do you have a legal, up to date version of the game? 

Yes, the 1.0.7.0

It's an anti-piracy measure put in by Rockstar, so I'd recommend you reinstalling the game.

You could also disable the windows event log.
