Car is all distorted - Trying to convert from 3ds Max to Zmodeler

Hi guys

 

I am trying to convert a car model (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to be exact) That is in the form of a 3ds Max scene.

 

I started out by importing the file into Zmodeler, and it loaded just fine, no distortions or anything.

 

BUT, when i exported it as a .wft, and then re-imported it in the .wft form, this happened:

I tried using Google for tutorials on how to convert these cars but none of them helped.

 

If you need the link to the car I'm using, please let me know.

Try using this tutorial on how to convert cars:

. Yes, it is for converting cars from SA to IV but it's the same idea for converting from other games.

Is there any other, particularly SHORTER ways? :P And it isn't from other games, it's just the .max file from the car models made by people.

Unfortunately, there are aren't any other ways. Regardless of if it's from a game or not, it can still be converted to GTA IV
