I've installed LCPDFR 9.1 and it says it was all installed right. I then went on to GTA EFLC and the game loads but when i get into the game and press Alt + P the mod does not start!

Please help me

Done this and my diagnostic report says i dont have c++ script hook and net script hook but i deffo downloded them both. Please try and help me im on a 32bit windows 7 pc
