I am trying to edit a texture on bxbugs new charger, i am putting the blue writing up against a black background and i wanted to know how to mkae a reflective look to the blue lettering and decals. Please anyone, its driving me nuts.

Like how exactly do you do that - because I want to make some reflective textures as well but I am not that experienced in making textures. So your help on that topic would be greatly appreciated! :)
