tbh, It's what i've been using for a while and its seemed to have picked up all of my threats. I got it at a discounted price a while back and have stuck with it ever since.

I might pick it up down the road, Thanks for the input.

Norton 360 for me at the mo, seems to be doing a decent job at the moment although it F'ked my laptop when I first got it 'cos I didn't realise there was a trial on there already

Ive had nothing but horrid experiences from norton 360, Doesent mean its bad for you and if you like it, Stick with it, But if theres every any AV ill ever pick up from Norton, it would be there Internet security, Which I gotta say, Is pretty good IMO, But hey, If you like it, Stick with it man :turned:.

  • I also M$ Security Essentials and its a wonderful product from microsoft, it detects almost all threats, does not give false positives that much, is not resource intensive like other AV's and its free

I might pick it up down the road, Thanks for the input.

I used to use AVG for several years, but I changed to Microsoft security essentials and I am pleased with the results. It don't use a ton of resources either.

Way back I had Norton when the choices were very limited but found it freaked out at the slightest thing. Tried a free year long trial of Kaspersky too and thought it was pretty good but also tended to be a bit over protective. And once the trial ran out, well what can I say...MS security essentials is free :)

As far as ELS V6 download goes as long as it's genuine the product is ok. The link in this site was ok when I used it.

im usin avg
