help, i get a multiplayer problem related to lcpdfr, " Welcome to LCPD:FR Multiplayer xx28tbonexx. The masterserver is not available. You are a client. Ask the host for his ip and type net connect ip in you console"  No clue what this is and if i get his ip where do i type it into?

The LCPDFR Master Server isn't up. Please use the standard GTA IV for Multiplayer. Please note that multiplayer isn't supported. 

we are playing standard gta iv and the first day it didnt work was yesterday, do you know when it will be back up

It has never been up yet, so I am not sure what you are talking about. You can still play GTA IV MP + LCPDFR, the normal way. All I am saying is that it isn't supported.

then how do i play with the problem stated above? it takes me to a black screen that says loading until either you turn off your computer or closing the game?
