Gameplay Footage Problem

I've recently recorded episode 11 of my LCPDFR series and I have a pretty large issue when it comes to gameplay quality.

If you watch during the 20:00 area you really see what I'm talking about. I guess I would descrbe it as glitchy? This never happened while recording.

 

I use Bandicam/Fraps.

 

Have you ever had this issue/if so how do I fix it?

Try using Dxtory. That's what I use. Doesn't really fuck with my FPS, don't glitch at all. I have to do low settings cause my computer is mid-low so I do what I can but for my specs my vids are pretty decent.
