soo im looking to upgrade my pc to run gta 4 batter and be ready for gta v soo need some help from you guys

what do i need to upgrade to run gta 4 alot batter wit out crashing every 30 mns please list and thank you also im trying to stay on asus manufacture cuz mostly my pc is all asus

Well, it might not minimize the crash, but it will help in performance.

 

upgrade your graphics card (a 550 TI is old, i used it now and i'll be upgrading it in a couple months), maybe upgrade your ram (you could do 2x 8gb sticks).

 

you don't need to upgrade these.. but as i said, it'll help with performance, upgrade your HDD to a 1Trb, i don't know where you live, but where i am from they're cheap) and you could upgrade your CPU.

 

but for priority, your Graphics card seriously needs updating.

I would recommend the 770 because well.. it's better.

 

but any of them should work.

 

alot of the crashes are BUGs or a misconfig lcpdfr 1.0 longest run time 5-6hrs it got unstable  the last 2 hrs and again rare if i turn on the alpr option in 1.0 crash after about 1-2hrs use the config program -turn down ai cops best at 2 limit on foot cops 2 limit -disable ai road blocks --preload all models -no cam on world events -max number of ambient scenario 1 max -seconds befor new callout i up to 90
