Everything works fine on the starting island, no texture glitches, all working great. I drive across the toll bridge to Bohan, drive around for about 2 minutes and buildings and roads start disappearing. If I press ESC and go back into the game, all peds and vehicles, except the parked ones and my vehicle, disappear. This has only happened in Bohan, I'm wondering if this is a common issue or if this is something rare.

 

[EDIT]: I forgot to mention, the glow around the lights (ELS) stops working once textures start disappearing.
