Hi guys! I'm very new the mod LCPDFR mod and recently installed it and enjoying it alot. But I want new car styles and stuff so i downloaded the Toronto Mod from this site looks good seems to have all the files I need but I have NO clue where to put each files or folders or what dependancies I need to download. So, I was wondering anyone was nice enough to give a step by step intructions on how to install it properly.

I tired seraching for some Youtube videos but it wasn't the one for this mod and it was very confusing to understand.

You should download a program either sparkIV or openIV.

Then open vehicles.img file from your gta4's modelscdimages folder and then import the required wft n wtd files.

Then change the handling.dat, vehicles.ide and carcols.dat in the conmondata folder of your game.

Also change the els.ini file in the gta4's root folder.

Note: browsing on mobile.

Theres so many folders and sub folders in this mod and it theres none of those in the ones you've listed;( So I'm still confused sorry

Post the link of what you downloaded and want to instal. I will download it and then we can see what you have, and what you need to install.

Rather than installing a whole package we will take small steps and install a car model or something. Once you know how to do that the rest should fall into place.

    Chartay Johnson: Pick a vehicle you want to mod first. (you should always mod one thing at a time anyway) then we can go from there.

    Doesn't matter if it's a police car / fire truck or ambulane just pick something.

    Sorry for the late reply but everything is now sorted. Thanks for everyone who replyed in trying to help really appricated. Only thing I have now is crashes when I call NOOSE Helicopter support with Ctrl- V. But thats so much an iusse tbh:P But if anyone knows a soultion by any chance it won't hurt to know.
