Like my title says, what is your opinion on the best enb for a lower end toshiba satellite.

I recommend this...it's not a ENB...but it looks REALLY good in my game...try it. Just copy and paste everything into your game directory and replace the old files...you also might want to make a back up of your game if you don't like it.

For low-end PCs I'd recommend a timecyc mod rather than an ENB.
