I know your struggle as I'm 13 myself. I have a couple suggestions.

 

1. Look into some decent cheap PC's. I suggest this build: 

2. Do tons of jobs. Your best bet is finding a area with lots of apartment complexes full of seniors. You could offer to run their errands, wash there cars, clean there home, etc. 

3. When you get an idea of what to do, advertise, advertise, and advertise.

Hey yeah thats a good idea! Go ask random people in apartment complexes to come inside there apartment and clean it! Especially when you're 13!

 

 

No but really don't do that, that is a very bad idea considering the sicko's in this world.
