You need to install GTA IV and patch it to the latest version 1.0.7.0. Then, just run the installer: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

If you want to know how to correctly install LCPDFR, just read the user manual that's provided with it. It tells you everything you need before installing LCPDFR, while installing LCPDFR and how to start up LCPDFR. It's not rocket science, just a few easy steps.

 

If you are looking more into the mods you can use with LCPDFR to enhance the police experience, use this topic:

But install ELS 8 and a vehicle pack to go with it, perhaps an ENB if your PC is up for it, and you're on the right track.

Um, what? What kind of answer is that? I just told you how to do it, and you reply with that? 

Maybe it just seemed harder than it was? IDK.

I just remember it ORIGINALLY being a ROYAL pain in the @$$ to install cuz you had to do this and that.

gta iv is up and running

LCPDFR is installed

ELS installed and that's as far as i've gotten.

been playing COD: MW3 most of the night.

i'm off to bed.

tomorrow...eh who knows what tomorrow brings. GTA? COD? idk. for now..it brings SLEEP
