Icenhancer 2.1 interfering with LCPDFR

Hey guys this is weird, when I install GTA IV, I put the icenhancer mod first and it works fine. But when I install LCPDFR, the in-game is completely blank and the audio can only be heard when your trying to play the game.

 

Anyone knows how to fix this interference?

    Just fixed it, u just have to wait a lil while bring up the phone than edit graphic settings and it will return to normal
