Hey, I bought this game on amazon about 2 years ago, and as of earlier this year I purchased a new computer with windows 8. But when I try to install it on my new computer, I am having problems. I am not sure if this is the right place to come to. So forgive me if this is the wrong place. Just wanted to see if anybody else had this same issue and how they resolved it. Below I attacked two photos of what it says when I click offline play or just click play. I don't have no DVD because it is a download from amazon. I went to the website and downloaded something it said to do because it would not register at first. But when I got that solved, this happened. I am not running another program and this computer is supposed to be gaming ready.

Yes, this is a legit copy from amazon.

Contact Amazon support. They will assist you further if it's a legal copy.

It may just be a case of having to uninstall completely then reinstall.
