Do you have any car mods ? If so delete them , a car model that u use is buged

 I Am Running A Legal Copy And I Am Running GTAIV.exe,GTABrowser,GTAEncoder,LAUNCHGTAIV.exe ALL As Admins.

Have you tried disabling and removing all mods, besides LCPDFR?

Nope Will Try Now Do I Need To Run My Game After I Remove All Of Them
