Everything works fine up until I go outside to pick my car, since there is no "PreloadAllModels", I can't attempt to fix it. I've searched the internet looking for a solution for 1.0b, but I can't. None of my log files have anything to do with this, and are from a couple of hours ago when I was having conflicts updating, but I did a clean reinstall, so we're all good. LCPDFR 1.0b worked fine on the first boot, but the 2nd and 3rd, I kept getting stuck outside (the time you choose your car). Please help me!

You need to add PreloadAllModels yourself to the inif file. Have you done this? 

Haven't tried it, but I read a thread earlier that said they removed it in 1,0b, I'll try it anyway. By the way, I've just been playing using the forceduty command, and I'm getting random crashes. Ive tried disabling ELS for AI, but it didn't help. I have 4 modded police cars, they are all ELS. They are FBI, Police, and Police2, and Polpat. Any other suggestions?

It seems what you suggested has worked, or I was just lucky. I'll run again to confirm.

EDIT 2: Yeah, it's fixed my original problem, I have a new one now.

When i call for noose backup, it says noose en-route, then I crash. My logs are below. I have ELS V8, LCPDFR 1.0b, TrafficFlow V7 (i think), and a siren mod.

Yep, it works fine, with the occaisonal crash, I edited my second post. If you could help me with these crashes, I would be truly greatful.

I see. Does it work without any mods? LCPDFR isn't supported with third-party mods.

I mean it worked fine with my mods on 0.95, I figured it would work the same on 1.0b.

They're seperate mods. LCPDFR 1.0 is a lot more demanding than 0.95RC2, and thus it will put more strain on your system. Adding more mods will most likely just make it worse.

Okay, I ran a test, and it seems that it only crashes when I call for Noose. I didnt notice anything else, maybe replace Polpat with the original?

I do rarely experience crashes due to car mods, because I am not using any. So yes, replacing them with the vanilla cars would be a good start. Let's see if that works.

Alright, i started the game with a vanilla vehicles.img, and I requested 3 Noose backups, just like I had before, and no crash! I was able to spawn about 20 police cars and Nooses in total, that must be the culprit of all this. Now I must find out which mod is causing this. I'm going to find out, and come back. I'll let you know if I have any more problems.
