I have 1.0 manual installed, I load the game to Niko's apartment, and I get a pop up message that says that, and to check the log.

this is the log for that error-

You have 0.95 installed.

Remove it like you were told to when installing...

I am doing a complete re-install, because I had mods in there I didnt want anymore. But thanks anyway.
