Ok I did some little bit of search on forum.

 

I Looked over my LCPDFR log.  So according to the log, all of my crahses caused by this:

:

[WARNING - AM 12:22:54] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: [street name audio]

 

But according to this Sam's post:

 

 

When LCPDFR can't find the street audio, It plays area audio instead. 

 

So it means that somehow my LCPDFR is unable to play area audio instead. 

 

How do I solve this?

You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them.

Please do the following:

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks
  
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
  
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  
• Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

• Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.

Ok. So recently LCPDFR crashed a lot when I arrived at crime scene in the game. So looked over my LCPDFR log, then I figured out that the game has been crashed every time when this error occurred:

 

[WARNING - AM 12:22:54] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: TUDOR_ST

 

The game has been immediately crashed after these GetAudioFileForAction errors. But considering the Sam's post () ,

 

My game shouldn't have been crashing all the time because when LCPDFR can't find the audio, It plays area audio instead.

 

So it means that for some reason my LCPDFR is not unable to play the area audio instead. 

 

I have 4 mods installed:

 

LCPDFR

 

ELS V8.0

 

Callouts+ 0.3.1a
