Would Like Someone To Make Me A Skin Please

Featured Replies

Can anyone make me a skin for the ford Taurus, Crown Vic and Ford Explorer Email me at 9news618@gmail.com!

Attached is a picture of the cars, if you need more information etc. just shoot me an email.

UPDATE: I have an appointment with Troy PD Wednesday to get files from them. They are getting professional pictures of each vehicle. So hopefully I can have the new pictures up by Thursday.

Thank you :)

I might be able to do it. I'm new to textures, but I'm pretty good. Message me with some more pictures of all the cars and I can try, if you'd like.

Not trying to be an ass...

Just some constructive criticism.

But, you should try to yourself, i used to rely only on others skins.

But now i find it quite fun to make skins :)

If you are interested.

1) Go find a car w/template
2)download gimp 2.8    ( here  http://www.gimp.org/    )
3)create a new layer and use the select and bucket fill to begin making designs.
4)If all else fails.... contact the man above or me and we can make the skins.

...5) But really, give it a try, it's fun!

Hope i helped :)

It is true, making your own textures is generally easier than having someone else make them, however sometimes you don't have the time or patience. Thus is the reason people like me take requests xD

Osiris - If you would that would be awesome.

Sergiyj - thanks for the info. I'm sure it will come in handy for myself or someone attempting to make the skin for me.

saints5468 - I appreciate the criticism and I may attempt creating skins in the future. I rarely get to play as it is, but when I do I really enjoy it so I'd appreciate someone helping me out on this one.

Thanks for the posts, glad to see someone is interested and willing to help. Il post more photo's of all 3 vehicles soon. Sadly this is the only photo I have at the moment.

EDIT:

Ok so far this is what I have come up with.. If someone would like to attempt these that would be cool. But I cannot get anymore photos as these cars are now out of commission.

I am planning to get photos of the newer scheme asap. Just bare with me, as I said before I'm a pretty busy guy.

If you plan to create vehicles on this scheme I would appreciate a CVPI version as well.

Old model Order Preference:

-CVPI

-Tahoe

-Impala(not a big fan of)

New model Order Preference:

-CVPI

-Explorer

-Taurus

Thanks :)

Someone should start on the 06 Tahoe heres a link for the model

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe this is the new scheme it just needs "Troy" In there somewhere. Check out the YouTube video.

EDIT: The only difference I can see is two small blue strips before and after the word POLICE.

I think it would be alright if someone wants to use this scheme to start modifying a CV or the Taurus(which I've already posted pics of). Below is a link to the model(impala) with textures.

Thanks I didn't even think about that. I'm still pretty new to lcpdfr, and forums in general..
