Those examples are not high-end crimes) It's not so hard to use CCTV to find several young assholes who walk around and harass people.

Do you think Is easy to establish the identity of The suspect with just a photo??? with no information about the suspect . why not you try it yourself :) althought singapore is very Small but to hard a person is also quite difficult

Actually, I tried. I'm in law enforcement. Similar crimes are investigated by police in Russia, and usually they solve them pretty quick. 

Why do you feel the need to create a topic for every question that you have? 

 

I have no opinion on the efficency, as I am confident the workload is different from country to country so it isn't really comparable.
