LCPD:FR Diagnostics Tool Not Linking My Account.

Featured Replies

Ok so when i run the LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool i can do everything fine i can customize the settings i want and they save. However if i try to link my LCPDFR profile i get a error from the tool and it reads as follows "An error occured while validating your account: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway" when this happens the progress bar is half green and half red.

This feature was down for a little while after the maintenance to the G17 media servers (where LCPDFR.com resides) my advice is to try again in a day or two.

A 502 bad gateway means your pc did not get a response from the server it is trying to reach, this can be for a whole host of reasons. In this case, moving of servers produced downtime.

It should be back online, however if it isn't just give it a little bit of time. You can check the server status of G17 media here http://status.g17media.com/ or if the website is down, here https://g17media.a.offsitestatus.com/
