theres an interceptor pack coming soon by xb consisting of nypd and nysp, slicktops and unmarked also sgt kanyo released some nypd cars and bxbugs on gta police mods

This isn't a pack, nor is it the NYPD, but it's the LCPD with the NYPD theme. You could simply modify the skin to turn them into an NYPD cars.

Also, I'd suggest waiting for XBR410 to finish up with his next gen interceptor NYPD pack! If you want more NYPD cars, check out Sgt.Kanyo's uploads and if you need more done, simply request which cars you'd like to be made and hopefully someone will assist you!
