Everytime I start or join a multiplayer game I get put in the game for a second, then a prompt pops up at the top left corner of the screen then I go to an infinite loading screen. I have done a fresh install and gone through multiple support threads. This hasn't happened until 1.0b! Someone please help!

LCPDFR does not officially support multiplayer, it is extremely glitchy and crashes quite often. Version 1.0 of LCPDFR is much more resource demanding than the legacy versions (0.95) and so is even more unreliable for multiplayer.

 

I went through each of your error logs, there is no crash being caused by LCPDFR. I can see you are using ELS however.

My advice is to only run LCPDFR if you wish to try multiplayer, however I cannot provide any further support with multiplayer, purely because LCPDFR does not support it itself, and I never play multiplayer.

Thanks LukeD. I was told to just add mod by mod and try to see which one could be causing this. 

*UPDATE*

 

I did a fresh install of GTA IV and put in LCPDFR 1.0b only and multiplayer doesnt work. It's odd, because LCPDFR 1.0 worked before
