    Hi im not sure but in my situation my specs is processor i7 3630QM cpu 2.4 ghz, nvidia graphics card 650M gt, and HD graphics 4000 with 8gb ddr 1600mhz (laptop asus) and not run in max specs. I put 8gb more 8gb ddr 3 and advert cause not compatible and now again so 8 gb but you can play with that specs but not in max resolution i think, gta 4 is a power graphic game good luck
