Hey guys, I have two problems I need help with. First I don't know how to position the "Sheriff" on the car. Or do I rotate it to match the angle of the front: But then it's not straight.

 

Second question, idk if it's the enb I'm temporarily using but, I don't like these speckles around the car. Do I have to delete one of the textures for the actual car, because it always looks dirty in the light.
