Thanks for reporting these crashes. A few of them can be fixed by setting "PreloadAllModels = True" underneath [Main] in the LCPDFR.ini file. If you already have that enabled, try disabling it and see if that makes a difference.

 

Some of the crashes you detailed to my knowledge are being worked on, so should be fixed already. 

 

If you are running LCPDFR with other mods you will likely experience more crashes and errors, LCPDFR only supports an unmodded copy of GTA IV so while it may run with other mods installed, it will be more unstable. Please bare that in mind.
