Requesting ELS blue light texture

I'm looking for someone to give me a hand with two things:

1. Could someone post for me their ELS lights texture with the best, darkest blue light texture they have found/achieved. Mine always show up as almost white or too blurry looking. I've even had them appear greenish in-game.

Something along the lines of:

And 2. Could someone advise me of the best 'visualsetting.dat' setting for the 'otheremissivelights' to achieve the best looking (resembling the above) blue lights in-game?

Many cars on gtapolicemods have full blue bars included within the file you download. Have you tried taking the lightbar texture from one of those?

Post up the test files you've created, screenshot of the product in play as well as the actual texture of the lightbar you've made.
