Well I have I have the C++ redist installed 2012 and 2010 installed on my pc, and yet the game does not detect it being installed, thus the mod does no start!  Im at a lost on what todo.  Any help

Nope, you don't have them installed :P The diagnostics tool is correct...

 

Why? You have the 64x and 86x version of 2010 (only the 86x is needed)

 

But for the 2012? You only have the 64x. LCPDFR uses the 86x redists and NOT the 64x ones. Even if you use a 64x OS, you need only the 86x ones.

So I need the C++ 2012 86x right?

Yep that is the only one you're actually missing.

 

But you can get rid of the 64x ones because they aren't used at all, just wasting space. :)
