I have been working as a Special Agent with the CSX Railroad Police for three years, but I haven't been able to replicate a good vehicle. Can someone help me out?

I wanted to replicate the area that I work in, which is Cape Cod in Massachusetts. The closest Police Department's that I work with are Manchester by the Sea, Tisbury Police, and other agencies on the Cape such as Dennis, Truro, Boston, Fall River.

CSX utilizes Red/Blue light configuration, and all other agencies are Blue/Blue configuration. I'll post a picture later today for the vehicles.
