Traffic Laws

Featured Replies

Hey I am From INDIA and role playing LCPDFR with Indian Traffic Laws dont seem to work that well so i would like you guys to answer a few questions

1) consequence for driving with suspended license

2) consequence  for driving with revoked license

3) consequence  for driving with expired  license

How much do i cite a driver when he breaks a signal or litters the streets while driving

What to do to a person driving a not roadworthy car ie emitting a lot of smoke and is in a terrible condition

Thanks in advance

It's pretty much up to you, what you seem fitting in the moment. There are several factors to consider, like; 1. state of car, 2. state of the driver, 3. road conditions etc. You can decide when, how and why you cite someone when using LCPDFR

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

My guess is that differs from state to state, but in Texas for an expired licence you get a ticket, for example. Suspended or revoked licence may lead to an arrest because this person cannot be allowed proceed driving without licence.

When I encounter a damaged vehicle, I usually just call a towtruck and let the driver go. About fines... Well, this is entirely up to you.
