Game Issues

-Once on duty, there oftenly are pursuits practically all the time.

 

Random Crashes

-The game will oftenly crash for no apparent reason when nothing is happening.

 

Specific Crashes*

-The game will always crash if I call a prisoner transport.

-The game will always crash if I call noose support.

 

*These might be due to a compatability issue with ELS v7 however changing to the .ini file to "Ai_Els_Sp = off" did not seem to help.

 

 

Notes

I tried reinstalling LCPDFR multiple times without success until I tried the LCPDFR 1.0b Auto-Install (Alternative) which fixed the Game Issues and Random Crashes, however this only worked for a single session. After closing and restarting GTA IV it was back to normal. I then tried reinstalling LCPDFR 1.0b multiple times but, again, with no success.

Do you have Ai_Els_Sp turned on in your ELS.ini? ELS for AI cars is quite prone to crashes.

Switching off that parameter could be the fix to your issues.

Yeah... it worked for a moment but then it went back to crashing :/ On a positive note, we now know it's not ELS' fault.

You sure have a lot of mods 

Update: LCPDFR 1.0b is now unplayable. I tried reinstalling it multiple times but everytime I try to play it, it will crash about 3 minutes in.

Without LCPDFR the game does not crash?

It does not. all the mods are listed under the "installed mods" title.
