When I put the SGTA400 file into the savegames and user_e000011972b23f39 folder, and when I'm trying to load save it makes error ,,Load failed. Please check your hard drive and try again''. What should I do?

Yes, i read it, it is:

1. Download desired GTA 4 save game file to your desktop.

2. Extract the saved game using WinZip or the other similar software.

3. Seek for Rockstar Games folder inside user/Documents and Settings/.

4. Copy extracted SGTA400 file to Rockstar Games/GTA IV/savegames/.

5. Start your copy of GTA IV and load the first savegame slot.

@edit I haven't got user/Documents and settings folder so i choosen another in another location

No, into the folder that is stated in the readme. Find your documents folder. It should be in the folder I linked.

I know that. It isn't in the user folder. Where did I say it was? It is in the Rockstar Games/GTA IV/savegames/.

The save files are located in 2 different places.

X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames
X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files.

Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username

So, then you go to the other folder provided. Follow the readme to the letter and it should work. Do you know if the save was made with the latest patch? xlive or dsound asi-loader? Or even without a asi loader?
