Can you link a copy of your lcpdfr.log file? It's in your main GTA IV folder. Scripthook.log isn't giving us any errors (besides the 3D device being lost and regained over and over... but pausing the game / Alt + Tabbing out will do that, no error there in most cases).

I suggest you re-install Gta iv 4 and install Lcpdfr .95 on the fresh copy of Gta iv

CD cracks do not work with most script mods, nothing but errors seem to be created when using cracks, which is why we do not support cracks (http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/forum-20/announcement-6-using-an-exe-crack-read-this/ ).

You cannot play the cracked versions without xliveless, since the razor crack has it included and it will interfere with the mod scripts as it is also an asi loader.

So i suppose you should remove the dsound.dll from the GTAIV root folder if you have it and try to run LCPDFR 0.95RC1 and it may run then.
