If I were to replace an apc with a charger would it still handle like an apc? As always any help is appreciated, thank you

If you were to replace the APC with a charger you would likely get several problems. Consider the fact, one is a tank, the other is a muscle car.

 

I'm not sure how GTA IV would handle that change, but assuming it worked fine, yes the charger would handle like the APC you would need to change the APC's handling settings in the Handling.dat file.
