When i play gta with lcpdfr it starts to mark me as a suspect.It strange and its like the police is my freind and my enemy at the same time.Also,it starts to control itself whenever that happens.I have to restart the game.I do not have lcpd.log and things.

    Can you elaborate more or maybe provide a screenshot in game when you are marked as suspect? Make sure you install lcpdfr 1.0 before installing 1.0b. Some of my issues were solved that way. Maybe it'll work for you as well.
