GTA IV Player Randomly Shooting.

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

i have a little problem when playing GTA IV or LCPD:FR i dont know which mod it will relate to if it even does but anyway...

Whenever im playing LCPD:FR my player starts randomly shooting for no reason and the only way i can stop it is to remove all my weapons by using the trainer which is really annoying as it takes realism out of my gameplay.

anybody know what the issue is and know how to fix it?

Thanks.

Ive installed the damn game about 7 times, even when ive just reinstalled it with no mods and want to play story mode it does it.

Dont know why it does it but it is extemely annoying and un realistic.

I will just have to cope with it if you dont know.

Thanks anyway,

Jordan

Yeah, I said do a clean reinstallation! How to do a clean reinstallation?

1. Deinstall the game as normal

2. Delete the Gta iv folder in C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar Games

3. Delete the savegames located in C:UserAppDataLocalRockstarGamesGTA IVsavegames  or in  C:UserDocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames  (Do a backup first)

4. Install the game

5. Install the Patch

Ok, then try the following:

1. Deinstall the game as normal

2. Deinstall the Gta iv folder located in  C:Program FilesSteamsteamappscommon

3. Deinstall the savegames

4. Install the game

5. Run the game without any mods

If the problem then still appears I'm stumped!
