GTA IV - GFWL Not showing up

Hi, I use windows 8 and i recently re installed my windows and after that i installed my GTA IV and when ever I start my GTA IV and i try going to GFWL, i press "Home" i even tried tried clicking on "Live". I tried deleting xlive.dll and i tried using xliveive. It still won't work.

i re installed the game, after you told me to remove liveless completely, so yea i think, i didnt touch it after that.
