PLEASE FIND ATTACHED THE LOG FILES, MY GAME KEEPS CRASHING I HAVE INSTALLED ALL THE LATEST SCRIPTHOOKS AND GAMES FOR WINDOWS LIFE ETC IT USED TO WORK AND NOW CRASHES WHEN I LOAD A POLICE VEHICLE, I DO NOT HAVE ANY MODS INSTALLED HOWEVER I DO HAVE A CLAN PACK VEHICLE AND UNIFORMS INSTALLED 

 

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT WORKING AGAIN

You should have one yourself, the one you made previous to install the car mods because they tell you that everywhere :) 

now its working fine with the clan pack thats weird

Well, that's GTA IV for you. 

now it crashed haha, is there any way we can keep the car mods without it crashing, like these new cars are different so it's fun haha,

If they're too high poly, the game will crash (if they're too big).

Ekalb made some nice vanilla modded cars, Yard1 has some nice GTA V cars. There are more that I can't remember. Check the download section.
