so in every video that i see about LCPDFR and they are using ELS V7. i hear a beeping sound every time they turn on their lights ( J, K,L ,U,I,O)  <----- those are the letter to turn on els. and when i play lcpdfr and when i turn on my lights i don"t hear the beeping. if u guys can help me that would be great ill put some pic to show that i am using ELS V7.

I have the same problem, and have found nothing to fix it...

 

Have you tried re-installing ELS? My guess is that you're missing files. 

Ineseri-at least on my end, I have tried it on a fresh install of both GTA IV and EFLC....no difference. Redownloaded it, just in case, and the problem still persists. ELS V7 works fine on my end, just no beep.

Could it have something to do with your sound settings in-game? 

Thought about that, but tried different sound settings with no change..

 

Any other ideas? Tried reinstalling the MS runtimes, and still nothing..
