p still makes the screen fuzzy anjd back just lcpdfr is all i install for p to work do i need any mods

Yes, P toggles definition and you can press p again to turn it back to normal. And I am not sure I understand your question.

Please use LCPDFR 1.0, with the manual installer and remove 0.95RC2 again.

nothing but 0.95 works great are there download like licens plater reader and speed radar for that verson

There are some seperate mods that do that. Are you sure you want to give up on 1.0?

u need to make your own game this script and mod sux it does not work and will turn people off 

0.95 now does the same thing as 1.0 uninstalled reinstall gta c what happent

0.91 installed first then ,95 and 95 works great what is up with that

ok worked for 4 hrs then crash and i cant go on duity i can force on

It's pretty normal with crashes. Calling the mod trash and that it sucks is a no-go for me, and other users to give support to you. Have a nice day.

why dont u croud fund your game from the ground up full games i would pay 80-100 for a stable verson with support and upgades and dont use mods use plugin ssorry cant tipe on my net book  keys to dam small

It's not a game, it's a mod for a game and the devs would like it to be free. 

yea but a POLICE SIMULATOR would make some money pd might even use it in some kind of traning like proper radio use

ok i have modded 0.95 r2 and els made it look amazing but noos request crashes it and more random crashing every mod makes more crashes and problems it is a never ending fight. That is the reality of this and the fact is it SUX stop taking things so personal
