Hello guys, To this morning i was the man with pirate version of the game. But this morning i bought the game and now im very happy. I download this car: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> .  How did you see this cars is for ELS. I put the .wtf and .wtd files in vehicles.img and done. I have the cars in game, but here is the problem i have sirens but i dont have lights. I downloaded ELS v7(), and copyed the files in my install folder, but nothing. I click "Ctrl + M" but there is not ELS menu. I click "Backspace" too but again no results. I didnt change the settings of ELS. Please help me to fix my lights and to start my ELS. Sorry for my bad English.

Have you read through the ELS User Manual? The controls and usage of ELS are explained in great detail there. 

I read very much about that. And yes i read the ELS User Manual too. But i do anything to fix my problem but nothing,

Do you have xlive.dll in your game directory? It's needed to launch ELS (and LCPDFR). Dsound.dll works too and is preffered, but I couldn't see that. 

Yes i have xlive.dll and i have dsound.dll too. I have it.

You need only one of them. I recommend you to use dsound.dll. Where did you put the file? 

Okay i will use only dsound.dll i have it. I put it near then ELS files.

Sorry for my double post.What to do now when i have dsound.dll and xlive.dll on one place? Need to delete one file or...?

You need to delete xlive.dll and then start the game again :) 

When i delete xlive.dll its shows me FATAL ERROR...

Are you running the game as administrator?

 

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Yes, use DSOUND.dll instead if possible. 

I installed the program but i cant launch it. When i delete xlive.dll and xlive_d.dll again the same problem. When i try to lauch the program its shows me this:

You're not supposed to launch that program directly, it is related to GTA IV. 

I started GTA but again the same problem (FATAL ERROR).
