my problem is this, when I have a persuit LCPDFR always crashes. Its the LCPDFR 1.0 a after Hotfix version. I see its something with sound files.

Yes, here it is. I tried to play anyway, and game crashed after 20 minutes (persuit again) and there is new interesting error in LCPDFR log

Please run the game as administrator too. Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Lastly, The freval error was fixed for some users by doing this: Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default:

AdditionalCopCarModels= 
SuspectTransporterModels=POLICE;POLICE2;PSTOCKADE; 
VehicleTrunkWeapons=Shotgun_Baretta; 
AllTextMode=False 
AmbientScenariosMaximum=2

Ok, I did it all. I was testing game for some hours and it worked fine, but now its crashing again. I added new car skin "Dundreary Landstalke LCPD" but I don't think that is the cause of trouble...

Did it start crashing when you added the skin? 

It's the skin. I had the same issue with the script constantly crashing, most notably in pursuits or on shots fired calls when I showed up. I had modded police cars installed. I just went back to the default models a couple days ago and it's not crashed since.

I will remove new car and import old one. Then I tell you guys is it ok or not.

So I came back to default cars, and it crashes anyway. Some times it's in persuit, some times it's calling ped to get out of the car, and this time when shooting people in hospital when I got bored.

 

Then it seems like a ordinary GTA IV crash, and not related to LCPDFR. 

Unless you have other texture mods which could be causing the crash also. Are you running a totally clean version of GTA, or do you have other mods installed? Try totally uninstalling everything and start over and see how that does.

Competely reinstalling the game isn't always the solution, but if you want to, OP,  this is a easy way to find out if it is a GTA IV crash, or LCPDFR crash. 

Yeah, I have textures for police station. I will reinstall it, when I will get back home (few weeks) and answer here what happened.
