Hello guys, one moderator tell me to post here. My question is: I want to play multiplayer and i watched very much videos about MP, but when i click in my GTA telephone to click then play MP and select something there is a problem. It shows me: You need to login in Windows LIVE - to play MP. Guys i only want to play with you. I want to play like officer. I played LCPDFR singleplayer very much but now i want to play with real persons. Please help me. Sorry if the Post is not the right place. And sorry for my bad, bad English.

Have you got "games for windows live" account?  every one that plays GTAIV with scripts and stuff should of already installed GFWL.

 

When you click Run as Admin on the GTAIV.exe... GFWL will pop up saying you want to play offline or play online, click on the "play online" and before that, enter your email and password if needed.  

You also need to make sure you aren't using a cracked copy of the game, or using xlive.dll

mm I dont know. When i download the game and when i started for first time it shows me to login in GFWL, but i have lags and proglems with the game and i download the patch 1.0.7.0 and when i downloaded the patch i playing the game without login in GFWL. What to do now? Again sorry for my bad english. :)

Well, you need to select "Play" in the launcher, and then sign into GFWL to access the online features of the game. Simple as that really :) You have bought the game, correct?

*Sigh*....Yes of course you need to buy the game to play online. Here's the solution to your problem.

Buy either of these and then ask for support again.
