Hello! I have a slow GTA 4, I have els, lcpdfr,  and that's is right now including sound mods, uniforms, and cars. I have a booster and have even cleaned up my files..my game runs good on lowest settings but when I try to play multiplayer it says my pc is running to slow..i have tried many things any other ideas.  Something unusual or making me able to play online?
