Okay i uninstalled my mods and my gta IV and intalled it freshly tried to run it without mods or anything and i still get the launcher error :(

    i dont know either i think it might me something with these stupid 8.1 widnows when i have the time to set it back to windows 7 ill do it and tried again. Im sorry for taking you're time thank you for all the help if this topic is still open until i set windows 7 and everything ill let you know how it works and if it was a bug with widnows 8.1. Thanks again have a nice day. Bye :)

    And they did one great job with LCPDFR 1.0 crashes a lot but i still love it :)
