I played version 0.95r2 worked just fine and its still working but when i removed it completly and installed LCPDFR 1.0 and the hotfix 1.0a i get this error:

 

 

The instrucion at 0x... refrenced memory at 0x... 

The memory could not be written.

Clicl on OK to terminate that program.

 

I tried everyting that i could found on the internet all posible fixes nothing worked i would really want to play LCPDFR 1.0. Please help me :)

 

Specs:

I have windows 8.1 

i7 4770

8g ram 

gtx 770 4gig

You are using both xlive.dll and dsound.dll, delete either of those files and try again. They cancel each other out, since they are both ASI loaders. 

it works now but i canot save the game becuse the problem is with widnows 8.1 i had to putted xlive.dll inside i dosent want to save its a bug with windows 8.1 and i have a bought copy of it

You need to sign into xbox live to be able to save when using Dsound.dll.

it dosent even wants to load the game stucks at profile something. Something with xlive and this is the only thing it works i putted xlive.dll inside so that it works

i have dowloaded xbox live thing and signed in and still dosent work

Okay, so use xlive.dll instead it doesn't really matter. As long as you do not have both xlive and dsound at the same time. 

okay i will try it now let you know

Are you running the game as administrator? Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.
Also, download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV directory. (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83)

Are you launching the game from the GTA IV root folder, with the LaunchGTAIV.exe file? 

no from steam but if i launch it from gta folder with launchgtaiv.exe nothing hapens 

and you did set it to run as administrator? Could you try launching it by running it in compability mode for Windows Vista SP1?

you can't set that launchgtaiv.exe file in to run as administrator but i launched it  as administrator.

 

i tried this and if i launch anything from the gtaiv folder nothing hapens not even social club. but from steam i get the social club the i click play and the launch error hapens and i tried in vista sp1

Could do attempt to do a clean install? Uninstall it from Steam, remove everything from the GTA IV root directory and reinstall it. I think something is messed up somewhere.

tried that twice. but yeah i can do it again remove all the mods and thegame ill let you know when its redownloaded again thank you for the help for now :)
