LCPDFR 1.0 wont work

I played version 0.95r2 worked just fine and its still working but when i removed it completly and installed LCPDFR 1.0 and the hotfix 1.0a i get this error:

 

 

The instrucion at 0x... refrenced memory at 0x... 

The memory could not be written.

Clicl on OK to terminate that program.

 

I tried everyting that i could found on the internet all posible fixes nothing worked i would really want to play LCPDFR 1.0. Please help me :)

 

Specs:

I have windows 8.1 

i7 4770

8g ram 

gtx 770 4gig

it works now but i canot save the game becuse the problem is with widnows 8.1 i had to putted xlive.dll inside i dosent want to save its a bug with windows 8.1 and i have a bought copy of it

it dosent even wants to load the game stucks at profile something. Something with xlive and this is the only thing it works i putted xlive.dll inside so that it works


i have dowloaded xbox live thing and signed in and still dosent work

Are you running the game as administrator? Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.
Also, download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV directory. (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83)

you can't set that launchgtaiv.exe file in to run as administrator but i launched it  as administrator.

 

i tried this and if i launch anything from the gtaiv folder nothing hapens not even social club. but from steam i get the social club the i click play and the launch error hapens and i tried in vista sp1
