So i think it was when I downloaded lcpdfr 1.0 I have a add on map but now there is no traffic any ideas?

No just on the map I installed...and I deleted like 1 mod but it wasn't with the map...also traffic was on it a one time

Yes and today the game has been acting weird...skiping pictures..repeated noises, and just running slow period..and when I looked on the ~ button thingy (command prompt) it says authentication failed

it has mountians....the entrance is at the end of the neighborhood near your house in gta 4 (orig)

I did and I uninstalled it again twice to test it no difference...
